Harvest Chicken w/ Cranberry Sauce and Stuffing: Taste the season with boneless, skinless chicken breasts, baked in a light pumpkin sauce and sprinkled with sunflower seeds. Served with home made Cranberry Sauce and Stuffing.

   
   

Rosemary Chicken w/ Mashed Sweet Potatoes: Boneless skinless chicken breasts marinated in a balsamic vinaigrette and fresh rosemary sauce then rolled in oats and baked with a touch of extra virgin olive oil. Served with mashed sweet potatoes.

   
   

Glazed Tempeh w/ Tri-color Peppers, Black Rice: (Tempeh is a soy product denser than tofu.) Tempeh and tofu marinated in a sweet,, "Asian 5 Spice" mixture then pan seared and stir fried with yellow, red and green peppers and shredded purple cabbage. Served with Black Rice.

   

Orange Beef and Broccoli: Tender cuts of beef ,stir-fried with fresh broccoli and onions in a ginger, orange and sesame sauce. Served with Noodles. (You may substitute Tofu or Chicken)

   
   
   

Chicken w/ Ginger Dressing and French Green Beans and Almonds: Pan seared boneless chicken breast served with "Stacy's Special Ginger Dressing" and sauteéd french green beans and sliced almonds. Dressing is made from shredded fresh ginger, carrots, carrot juice, lime juice, soy sauce and sesame oil. (You May Substitute Extra Firm Tofu for Chicken.)

   
   

Veggie Couscous: Zucchini, sweet potato, onions, carrots, tomatoes, parsnips and garbanzo beans mixed with couscous and topped with almonds. Spices include garlic, ginger, turmeric, cumin and cinnamon.
